In his role as Chairman, Trent provides strategic guidance and ensures that Ripplewood remains rooted in Indigenous values while growing as a leader in sustainable development. He supports the leadership team in aligning business operations with community priorities and environmental responsibility.

Cam Rollins is a sustainability leader with over 20 years of experience creating environmental solutions that bring long-term value to Indigenous communities and industry partners. As President of Ripplewood, he leads the company’s strategic direction and focuses on turning community priorities into real projects. 

Whether it's infrastructure development, environmental management, or economic opportunity, he brings people together to make things happen. His approach is grounded in trust, collaboration, and finding positive, practical solutions.

Cam has helped grow several environmental consulting groups and has been at the forefront of developing nature-based solutions to reduce the impacts of climate change. He brings experience in land stewardship, ecosystem restoration, and multi-stakeholder project development, always with a focus on community benefit and long-term sustainability.

Ken Birkett

Ken Birkett brings over 40 years of experience in land reclamation, environmental services, and operational leadership. As Senior Advisor at Ripplewood, Ken works closely with clients and communities to shape projects that are practical, impactful, and grounded in local knowledge.

Ken’s passion for this work is personal—his vision is to help restore and protect the land so that his grandchildren, and their children, can enjoy the same beauty and abundance of the land he’s experienced. That purpose drives his deep commitment to environmental integrity and community benefit.

Known for his approachable style and deep field expertise, Ken connects people, places, and ideas to move projects forward. He is a trusted partner across sectors and continues to champion Ripplewood’s mission to give back to the land and those who call it home.
