Trent Fequet is the Founder and CEO of Steel River Group and serves as Chairman of Ripplewood Professional Services Ltd.
As an Indigenous entrepreneur and business leader, Trent has built enterprises grounded in trust, long-term vision, and economic empowerment.
His leadership philosophy centers on building capacity within Indigenous communities through meaningful participation and disciplined execution.

Cam Rollins
Cam Rollins is a sustainability and strategy leader with more than 20 years of experience delivering environmental, infrastructure, and governance solutions.
As President, Cam is responsible for aligning leadership vision with execution discipline. He drives the company’s integrated approach across environmental services, infrastructure development, economic strategy, and communications.
Cam’s work focuses on structuring initiatives that are financially viable, operationally sound, and institutionally strengthening. His leadership style combines strategic clarity with practical implementation, ensuring that projects move forward effectively.

Ken Birkett
Ken Birkett brings more than four decades of experience in environmental services, land stewardship, and operational leadership.
Ken provides technical depth and field-based insight across forestry, reclamation, habitat strategy, and environmental execution. His experience spans regulatory environments, restoration initiatives, earthworks operations, wildfire prevention and long-term land management planning.
He is driven by a deep respect for land stewardship and a commitment to ensuring that environmental initiatives leave landscapes stronger and more resilient.
